The hotel offered beautiful views of the
ocean, which made our mornings special. The kids loved the aquarium and outdoor activities, but the dining options were limited, leading to repetitive meals. Staff were friendly, but the service lagged during busy times.

The pools were fantastic, especially for our kids who loved splashing around all day. We particularly enjoyed snorkeling in the Living Reef—an amazing first experience for our family! The dining options were diverse, and the buffet at breakfast had fresh tropical fruits that my children devoured!
In my wife’s opinion, the staff could improve their attentiveness during meal service.

Family with children will love it!
Had an unforgettable experience seeing the turtles from our balcony! My kid was thrilled watching the kangaroos munching grass just outside our room, absolutely priceless!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, though, but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic water sports activities on-site and the pools are perfect for relaxing. Dining options are limited and food prices are high.

Diving into a buffet of breakfast delights, the Jimmy Dean sandwiches were an absolute winner! Plus, the living reef experience was a thrill for our family—so cool to interact with the fish! Comfortable beds rounded out a delightful stay.
Only two main dining spots made food options a bit blah. The Inkstone was a letdown. the pasta tasted like a salt lick and the burger? Cold as ice! A tad pricey for basic snacks left me wanting more.

The kids loved the guided snorkel in the Living Reef, especially with Tiff's patient guidance. Despite the overwhelmed staff, the fun activities and beautiful island made our family holiday memorable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 23hard bedslimited dining
Beds are harder than what might be comfortable for many, potentially ruining a good night's sleep. The shower heads in the bathrooms need an upgrade as they don't provide a satisfactory water flow. Dining options are limited, with only two restaurants available, leading to a need for advanced reservations and presenting food without much care, especially for takeout. Additionally, it can get frustrating when the ocean swimming area requires stinger suits, and the lack of nearby snack service by the pool means more walking just to grab a drink.

Stunning views, great food
The place is super pretty with breathtaking views. Breakfast was a feast, and the seafood buffet was definitely the best dining option we tried. Just wish the service was a bit faster at the restaurants. it took ages to order. But overall, a fab trip!

The living reef and underground viewing room were standout features, offering a unique experience. However, the food options felt limited and pricey, especially for teens, and the wait for our room was unexpectedly long. Activities were somewhat restricted, particularly due to the unpredictable weather, which curtailed our experiences.
